This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the PoshAI services. You are responsible for your users, configurations, content, phone numbers, and calling campaigns.
1. Illegal or harmful activity
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate violence, exploitation, harassment, or self-harm; distribute malware; steal credentials; evade security controls; or collect personal information without a lawful basis.
2. Deception and impersonation
You may not impersonate a person or organization without authorization, misrepresent AI as a human where disclosure is legally required, create materially deceptive statements, or use manipulated identities or caller ID to mislead recipients.
3. Calling, messaging, and consent
You may not make calls or send messages without the consent or other legal basis required by applicable law. You must honor do-not-call, opt-out, quiet-hours, caller identification, recording notice, and telemarketing rules. The service may not be used for robocalling, spam, abusive call volume, or purchased contact lists that lack valid consent.
4. High-impact and emergency use
The service is not an emergency service and must not replace emergency numbers or qualified dispatch. You may not use AI output as the sole basis for final decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, legal services, medical treatment, or access to essential services. Qualified people must review consequential decisions.
5. Sensitive data
Do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive health or financial information unless your plan and written agreement expressly support that data, and you have implemented all required safeguards and notices.
6. Platform integrity
You may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without permission, use the service to build a competing model, or introduce content that infringes intellectual property rights.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend service when reasonably necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. To report abuse, email support@poshai.com.
